Help from Frank

This sets up your Windows computer so Frank can help you with it, even when you're not around.

This is for Windows computers. Open this page on the PC you want help with.
Download the setup file
  1. Click the button above. If your browser says the file "isn't commonly downloaded", choose Keep (it may be under … or Show more), then Keep anyway.
  2. Open the downloaded file (it's in your Downloads folder).
  3. If a blue box says "Windows protected your PC", click More info, then Run anyway.
  4. Click Yes when Windows asks to allow changes.
  5. Wait a minute. A box will say All set. That's it: Frank gets a message that your computer is ready.

The first time Frank connects, a window pops up on your screen: click Accept. You'll always see a window while he's connected.

Stay safe: Frank only asks you to do this in person or from his own phone number. If anyone else asks you to install something or click Accept, hang up and call Frank.
